Indigenous SPCA is a project of Increased ACCESS, an Indigenous-led organization. Our emphasis is Safety for People, Communities and Animals.

Participating Nations determine their priorities and the appropriate planning and engagement process. Community Animal Management connects public health, safety, animal wellbeing, land and governance.

Increased ACCESS supports the wider work on governance, evidence, infrastructure and sustained funding. Veterinary services are undertaken through partners such as Mission Pawsible, under separately agreed arrangements.
